Banter with: Kirilly & Chris

How did he/she propose?

Chris took us to the Eureka Skydeck in Melbourne and proposed on the deck overlooking the city, it was beautiful.

What unique elements or DIY details did you include?

Chris made amazing handmade chopping boards as a gift for our guests, my mum arranged all the flowers, we had our family help us set up everything. All so personal and perfect.

What did you envision your wedding being prior to planning?

Something small, intimate and personal, we didn't want to invite people because we felt obligated, we wanted people we share our lives with on a daily basis to spend this special day with us.

Tell us about your flowers, your gown, your favors, your cake, etc.

The flowers for the bride and bridal party were made by a local shop in the town we live in - a young girl just starting her business, her name is Mary and her business called "Frauleins Flowers" and she used sunflowers. Kirilly's dress was from Anna Campbell, called The Capri - a beautiful and stunning sparkly/glittery wedding dress.

What was your favourite moment?

Walking down the aisle, seeing each other for the first time, saying and promsing our vowels with all our loved ones.

Any other cool stories about the day?

Kids rocking in the limo to music, Father of the bride amazing speech, family dance, all our family photos and our couple photos and especially the sunset photos.
