Banter with: Dominic & Esther

How did he/she propose?

Dom proposed while we were on a hike in Queensland! He was nervous he'd drop the ring into the river but thankfully he didn't!

What unique elements or DIY details did you include?

All the place cards, menus, programs and welcome signs were DIY with help from template on Etsy!

Tell us about your flowers, your gown, your favors, your cake, etc.

Florals & deco theme: a romantic rustic winery setting featuring an abundance of warm, earthy tones. Favors were tea with custom thank you note, got from Etsy. Cake top tier: cotton sponge with mascarpone filling and orange segments. Bottom tier: pandan and lychee.

What was your favourite moment?

Walking down the aisle and watching Dom tear up! And of course the speeches - having friends and family around.

Any other cool stories about the day?

We almost had to cancel/postpone the wedding because Dom contracted COVID a week before! But thankfully he only had to isolate 7 days and got out one day before the wedding! Phew!! Not a cool story but it will definitely be something we remember!
