How did he/she propose?

Cade proposed to Shaan on a weekend trip to Indijup Spa Retreat that Shaan had organised for his birthday. When Cade asked her, she thought he was joking so it took some convincing for her to believe he was serious.

What unique elements or DIY details did you include?

We wanted the date of our wedding to be a bit sentimental. Unfortunately the date that we met was unavailable so we settled for the next best thing and decided to get married on the date that we first 'sealed the deal' 7 years ago... :)

What did you envision your wedding being prior to planning?

Neither of us really thought about it to be honest, at times when the process got overwhelming we both focused on remembering the feeling we felt when we first met and that really put the end goal of this wedding into perspective.
